With more than 20 years of experience, Niko Gedaze (MRICS) has been involved in the development and delivery of major logistics and industrial projects across Europe.

Drawing on senior roles at leading international real estate platforms, he has contributed to the identification, acquisition, and execution of complex developments focused on quality, resilience, and long-term investor performance — particularly in Germany and Austria.

Over his career, Niko has successfully delivered or overseen projects for leading occupiers including Amazon, Aldi-Nord, Hensoldt, Raben, DHL, Deichmann, DB Schenker, Dachser, Porsche, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Parexel, DSV, GEODIS, Hellmann, Tesla, Schnellecke, BMW, Rudolph Logistik, Rieck, Mömax, Nagel Group, and others.

These developments were realized during previous senior positions at international firms such as Verdion, EQT Exeter, and SEGRO, demonstrating a consistent record of creating long-term value for both tenants and investors.
